02. Intellectual Property & Technical Assets

All content presented, including but not limited to engineering specifications, structural blueprints, Rajasthan-specific infrastructure mapping, and technical project data, remains the exclusive intellectual property of MSREPL. Unauthorized reproduction or industrial use of these assets is strictly prohibited.

03. Project Feasibility & Disclaimers

Information provided on this website regarding solar yields, project timelines, and EPC capabilities is for preliminary informational purposes only. No content herein constitutes a binding financial quote or a legal guarantee of project performance. Formal project obligations are only established via signed institutional EPC contracts.

04. Operational Data Accuracy

While MSREPL strives for precision in institutional reporting, we do not warrant that all technical data is free from error. Infrastructure metrics and state regulatory policies are subject to rapid shifts beyond our control.

05. Limitation of Infrastructure Liability

MSREPL shall not be held liable for project delays or data inaccuracies arising from third-party DISCOM policy changes, nodal agency regulatory shifts, force majeure events, or inaccuracies in user-provided land data.

06. Confidentiality of Inquiries

Technical inquiries submitted via our portals are treated with industrial-grade confidentiality. However, MSREPL reserves the right to use anonymized data for internal grid-tie feasibility research and regional infrastructure optimization.

07. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of MSREPL's digital infrastructure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
